The Forum is a private, commitment-based leadership membership for leaders seeking clarity, confidence, and perspective.
It provides a protected environment for honest peer dialogue, reflection, and challenge.
Membership is selective, attendance matters, and value is created through consistency, trust, and continuity.
In-person meetings take place in Central Scotland and are supported by monthly one-to-one leadership coaching.

Membership operates through two tiers: Principal Member and Executive Member.
PRINCIPAL
MEMBERSHIP
Designed for leaders with ultimate responsibility.
Principal Membership serves CEOs, Managing Directors, Managing Partners, and Business Owners—leaders who carry final accountability for results, people, and decisions, and who value a confidential space to think clearly, test perspective, and lead with confidence.
What Principal Members work on:
- High-stakes decisions with no obvious answer
- Leading through uncertainty and complexity
- Confidence, presence, and authority
- Organisational culture and performance
- Personal resilience and leadership identity
What Principal Membership includes:
- Monthly full-day, in-person group meetings (Central Scotland)
- A consistent peer group of senior leaders
- Facilitated, confidential dialogue
- Monthly one-to-one leadership coaching
- Six curated sessions per year with subject-matter experts
Principal Members are expected to prioritise attendance, presence, and contribution.
Members are asked to make a personal commitment to at least 12 months of membership to realise full value.
Investment: £795 per month + VAT
EXECUTIVE
MEMBERSHIP
Designed for senior leaders continuing to develop confidence, clarity, and leadership presence.
Executive Membership serves C-suite leaders, senior functional heads, and emerging enterprise leaders who carry significant responsibility.
What Executive Members gain:
- Structured reflection and group coaching
- Perspective beyond their immediate role
- Exposure to experienced leadership thinking
- A safe environment to test assumptions
- Increased confidence and clarity
What Executive Membership includes:
- Monthly facilitated sessions (in-person and virtual)
- Structured agendas focused on leadership development
- Guided peer discussion
- Clear progression pathway to Principal Membership (by invitation)
Executive Members are expected to participate consistently and treat the Forum as a priority.
Members are asked to make a personal commitment to at least 12 months of membership.
