Terms and Conditions

By making a booking via our online platforms, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions were last updated on 1 January 2024. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a booking.

 

  1. Payment
    • We accept payment by bank transfer or by debit and credit cards. We do not accept cheques.
    • The workshop fee must be paid in full within 3 days from the date your invoice is issued. We will confirm your place at the workshop once we receive full payment. Your booking is not confirmed until we receive payment.
    • All invoices are issued in GBP (£). If paying from a bank account not located within the UK, you or your organisation must pay any transfer fees and/or foreign exchange fees in addition to the full course fee.
    • Your workshop fee includes attendance at a one-day Unmasking Leaders’ Workshop, lunch and refreshments, and a paperback copy of ‘Unmask the Confident Leader Within’.

 

  1. Cancellation and refund policy
    • If you are unable to attend your booked workshop, you must cancel your place in writing not less than 31 days before the workshop commences to receive a full refund. You should send your written cancellation request to info@constantprogression.uk.
    • If your bank account is located outside the UK, any transfer fees and/or foreign exchange fees applied by our bank or transfer agent to process your refund will be deducted from the balance due.
    • Cancellation requests received less than 31 days before your booked workshop commences will not be eligible for a refund.
    • Where a cancellation request is received less than 31 days prior to your workshop commencing, your place may be commuted to other workshop dates, or to your nominated colleague, dependent upon availability.

 

  1. Our right to cancel
    • We reserve the right to cancel any of our advertised workshops where courses are under subscribed or in circumstances where a course facilitator is ill.
    • Should we cancel an advertised course, you will be given the choice of a full refund or the option to commute your place to a new date.
    • Constant Progression Limited will not be responsible for covering costs associated with cancelling an advertised workshop, such as travel and accommodation costs.

 

  1. Disabilities
    • If you have any medical condition, physical or other disability of which we should be aware of – which might call for special arrangements or facilities – please let us know by contacting info@constantprogression.uk. All information you provide will be treated confidentially.

 

  1. Age policy
    • Our workshops are designed for professionals in leadership roles or those aspiring to become leaders. You must be at least 18 years of age to attend our courses.

    • At Constant Progression, we commit ourselves to supporting our clients in achieving their ambitions through our range of coaching, training, and consultancy services. Equally, we commit to respecting and protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for a complete overview of how we collect, store, and use any personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect from third parties.

 

  1. Declaration
    • By placing a booking via our online platforms, you confirm that all information you have provided is correct and that the workshop fee will be received by Constant Progression Ltd in accordance with these terms.
